摘要
为了解高职教师职业倦怠状况,采用职业倦怠量表,运用分层随机抽样的方法,以2 8 1名湖北职业技术学院教师作为被试进行问卷调查,以期为高职院校树立"以人为本"的现代管理理念、营造"人本化"环境、实施科学管理提供参考和建议。
The purpose of this research is to use empirical method to know the professional burnout status of higher vocational college teachers. This research selects 281 teachers working in Hubei Polytechnic Institute as subjects, takes random samples in different levels and gathers the facts by burnout inventory. The authors expect to setup a modern administration pattern of people-oriented, and build a teacher-oriented environment. They provide references and suggestions for scientific management in hi^her vocational eolleee~
