创先争优活动对高校党风建设,党员素质提升,基层党组织战斗力增强等方面有重要意义,同样对提升高校党政管理水平,缓解高校"行政化"在教学、科研和社会服务等方面的负面影响有重要作用。研究从思想教育、制度建设、机制健全等方面着手,结合高校创先争优活动长效机制的建设情况,提出了促进高校党政管理水平提升的途径。

Excel activity is important significance on the construction of college party conduct, promotion of party member quality, the capacity of basic party organization. Meanwhile, excel activities shall have important to promoting the administrative management of university, alleviating the negative effects of the ＂ administration ＂ in teaching, scientific research and social services,etc. According to the long-term mechanism of excel activity, the research put forward to the promoting strategy of the university administrative management from the ideological education, system construction, mechanism ,etc.
