基因治疗是分析还原方法深化推演的逻辑结果 ,它与局部定位及特异性病因的思想完全一致 ,背离了现代系统方法的基本原则。因此 ,它不可能达到根治疾病之目的 ,必须与其它治疗方法相结合。同时 ,基因治疗方法漠视了心理、社会因素及自然环境因素在疾病过程中的作用 ,违背了生物心理社会医学模式的客观要求 。

Gene therapy is the logical conclusion from analysis-reduction method's inference,and is in accord with the ideas of localization and peculiar pathogeny,but it deviates from the principles of modern systematology Therefore,it is unable to effect a radical cure of diseases,but must join hands with other therapeutic methods.Furthermore,gene therapy overlooks the function of psychosocial factors and natural environment in the course of disease,goes against the bio-psycho social medicine pattern,and thus has an adverse effect on the realization of modern medical pattern. [
