摘要
随着教育院校规模飞速发展,青年教师队伍所占比重大幅提高,已经成为高职院校教师队伍中一支十分活跃的生力军,是学校内教学、科研和行政管理的重要力量。教师考评制度的好坏将会直接影响到青年教师未来的成长与发展,积极合理的考评制度会激励青年教师的前进;相反的,不公平、存在弊端的考评制度则会极大抑制青年教师的进步。在本文中,笔者将就目前考评制度的优缺点进行分析,并提出合理的改进意见。
With the rapid development of colleges scale, the pro- portion of young teachers rise greatly, and they have been the fresh activists and the important forces of teaching, researching and administrative management in vocational colleges. The results of teacher evaluation system will directly affect young teachers' growth and development, positive and reasonable one will motivate them forward; oppositely, unfair one will greatly inhibit the progress of them. In this paper, the author will analyze the merits and demerits about the evaluation system, and gives some reasonable suggestions for its improvement.
