摘要
慢性前列腺炎是一组临床综合症 ,目前已成为泌尿外科最常见的疾病之一。为了提高人们对慢性前列腺炎的认识 ,本文论证了社会与心理因素在该病发生和诊治中的作用 ,认为饮食习惯的改变和性病的蔓延及错误的宣传导向是导致慢性前列腺炎发病率增高的原因之一 ,对慢性前列腺炎的认识不足和紧张焦虑心理 ,直接影响着治疗效果。由于慢性前列腺炎严重影响患者的生活质量 ,因此 ,在仔细分辨各种前列腺炎的临床特点、准确作出诊断、及时给予治疗的同时 。
As a group of clinical syndromes chronic prostatitis has become one of the most common diseases in urology now To popularize the knowledge of chronic prostatitis,the next demonstrates the action of the sociopsychological factors in the pathogeny diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and points out that the changes of diet habits,the spreading of STD and misleading publicty are some reasons that lead to the increase of morbidity rate of the disease,meanwhile the lack of knowledge about the disease and the tension and anxiety over the disease have direct influence on the outcome of the treatment.Because chronic prostatitis severely jeopardise patients' life quality,the benifits of pertinent publicity and psychological treatment are emphasized here on the basis of discrimination of the clinical features of various prostatitis,a correct diagnosis,and proper treatment.
