对地方应用型本科院校实践教学管理改革的探索

An Inquiry into the Practical Teaching Management Innovation of Regional Application-Oriented Institutions

地方高校已成为推动我国高等教育大众化持续发展的主力军和培养人才的重要平台,实践教学作为应用型本科教育的关键环节在人才培养中不可替代的作用己经越来越受到重视。本文通过对实践教学管理现状及其存在的问题进行总结和分析,从以市场需求和能力培养为导向的角度对改革的指导思想、教学体系的构建、管理体系的完善、师资队伍的优化等几方面进行了探索。

Regional institutions have been the main force to promote sustainable development of Chinese popularization of high education and been the important platform of training talents. As the crucial section of the applied undergraduate education, practical teaching＇s exclusive value has received increasing attention. This paper summarizes and analyses practical teaching actual problems existing in the management, explores ways of reforming such as the guiding ideology, the construction of teaching system, the perfection of management system and teaching staff, based on the social demand and ability training orientation.
