毕业生就业情况是衡量一个学校或一个学院教育质量、教学水平和办学特色的重要指标。南京财经大学于2008年设立经济学基地班,经过四年的本科学习,首届基地班毕业生在就业中取得了优异的成绩。本文就南京财经大学经济学院2008级基地班毕业生的就业情况进行了调研分析,试图以此为一个侧面来反映该校颇具特色的人才培养目标和办学理念,期望可以起到参考和借鉴作用。

Graduate employment is an important indicator to measure the quality of education to a university. Base Class in Economics was set up in Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2008. After four years undergraduate, the first Base Class achieves good results in employment. Research and analysis on the employment situation of this Base Class, try to reflect the goals and educational of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.
