摘要
随着网球运动在高校普及程度的提高,网球运动项目在学生中的影响力得到提高,且认知水平和理解层次较为深刻。高校网球教学方法逐渐融合于新的教育指导思想。本文将针对在网球教学过程中大学生心理暗示在心理、技术上的影响进行分析,从而选择更有效,更符合时机的心理暗示,让学生对网球产生浓厚的兴趣并提高本身的技术。
With the wide popularization of tennis in colleges, the influence of tennis among students is improved, and students' cognitive and understanding level is more profound. College tennis teaching methods are gradually integrated with new guiding ideas of education. Through analyzing the influence of psychological implication on tennis teaching, this paper attempts to choose more effective psychological implication, so as to arouse students' interest in tennis and improve their skills.
