摘要
“尊重个人”是现代伦理的一项重要内容 ,但理论界至今未对其进行专门研究。本文从“尊重个人”的涵义入手 ,介绍了这一道德规范的双向性、个体针对性、权利范围、实现机制 ,分析了它与个人主义、利己主义相区别的特殊规定性及从马克思道德论出发提出这一规范的客观必然性 ;通过“尊重个人”与集体主义、人道主义、民主在目的、侧重点、适用范围、社会意义等方面的比较 ,肯定了它独立存在的价值 ;最后深入阐述了提倡尊重个人对于弥补传统文化缺陷、建设现代伦理文化和法制文化、完善道德体系、协调人际关系及促进改革事业发展等的重大意义 ,提出“尊重个人”
Respecting individuality”is an important aspect of modern ethics that has so far not yet been studied with special efforts. Beginning from the implication of respecting individuality this essay discusses its two-sides, individual aim, range of right, and realization system, analyses its special features differing from individualism and egoism, and points out its objective certainty based on Marxist moral concepts. The essay affirms its value as a separate proposition through comparison with collectivism, humanitarianism and the objective, emphasis, scope of application and social significance of democracy. It also elaborates the significance of respecting individuality in the remedy of defect in the traditional culture, in the construction of modern ethical and legal culture, in the perfection of moral system, in the hamonization of personal relationship and in the promotion of our reform. Finally it proposes that all the members of the society, should pay special attention to respecting individuality. [
