摘要 妇女的就业状况是妇女社会经济地位高低的重要标志。我国妇女的劳动参与率很高 ,但是 ,男女劳动力的职业分布却存在着差异。本文在介绍职业性别隔离和劳动力市场歧视理论的基础上 ,对我国职业性别隔离的现状、后果及原因进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的缓解职业性别隔离的对策 ,即 :(1 )建立完善的劳动力市场 ;(2 )提高妇女自身素质 ,增强妇女在劳动力市场上的竞争力 ;(3) Women's employment conditions are the significant reflections of their social and economic positions In China,women enjoy high participating rate in labour market.But the inequalities of occupational sex distribution still exist.On the basis of introducing theories on sex separation in occupation and discrimination in labour market,this aritcle analyses the status quo,results and causes of sex separation in occupation in China and suggests corresponding solutions to relaxing the situation namely:(1)to found perfect labour markets;(2)to raise women's personal qualities and their competitive abilities on the labour markets;(3)to promote a whole-society-planned birth insurance model [
