浅析当前大学生人际信任危机的原因及对策

A Brief Analysis on the Causes and the Countermeasures of Crisis of Contemporary College Students' Interpersonal Integrity

当前社会存在着严重的人际信任危机,尤其是当代大学生,在处理人际关系问题上存在着诸多问题。产生这一系列问题的主要原因有社会制度不健全、就业竞争压力大、群体约束减弱等。要重建人际间信任体系就要完善大学生人际信任危机教育体系、加强制度建设并突出大学生的主体地位,为重建信任体系提供良好的社会环境。

There exists a severe crisis of the interpersonal integrity in contemporary society, especially conspicuous in college students. Many factors are contributing to a series of problems, such as the incompleteness of the Social institution, huge competitive pressure on employment as well as the failure of the collective constraint and so forth. The remaking of the integrity system lies in perfecting the education system of crisis of college students＇ interpersonal trust, strengthening the construction of institution and making college students themselves the leading role, furthermore, providing a good social environment for it.
