摘要
注入压力上升是聚合物驱水井最重要的动态变化,但是在利用ECLIPSE数值模拟软件进行聚合物驱数值模拟历史拟合的实际工作中发现,有一些注聚井的注入压力会发生异常,注聚后注入压力会上升几十个兆帕,这会造成计算的不收敛,计算中断,从而影响聚合物驱效果的评价和开发指标的预测。为此,分析了产生这种问题的原因,然后利用渤海A油田的地质模型,研究了注入压力与渗透率、传导率、射孔因子、PI指数等参数的关系,利用灰色关联方法对这些影响因素进行了排序,最终提出了解决数值模拟中遇到的注入压力上升过高的方法,并取得了较好的应用效果。
Injection pressure rise is the most important dynamic changes of polymer flooding wells.However,in the use of numerical simulation software ECLIPSE,during the history marching of polymer flooding,it's found that the injection pressure of some polymer injection wells will be abnormal.After polymer injection,injection pressure will rise dozens of million palmers,which can cause the un-convergence and interruption of calculation,which affects the polymer flooding evaluation and the development index forecast.Therefore,the paper analyzed the cause of the problem,and by using the geological model of A oilfield in Bohai sea,the relationship between injection pressure and permeability,conductivity,perforation factor,and PI index,which were sorted with grey correlation method,were researched.Finally,propose some solutions to reduce the high rise of injection pressure in numerical simulation and get a good application effect.
