在社会主义市场经济条件下，利益的分化日益明显，利益的主体呈现多元化，社会的公正问题就成为政治哲学的主题。社会公正包括政治公正、法律公正、分配公正、发展机会的公正等。但是，在市场经济条件下，社会公正问题有别于计划经济条件下的“平均主义”。它的本质是在所有经济领域中允许一切经济成份展开公平、公正、公开的竞争。本身而言市场经济不会自动地带来社会公正，而要维持社会公正，在中国就必须国家干预和坚持集体主义的原则，倡导有积极意义的社会文化。

On the condition of socialism market market, the phenomenon of benefit divided becmesmore and more obvious, the main fortes of benefit are moving towards multipoldrization, and axial justice problem is regarded as the theme of political philosophy. The so - called axial justice includes several parts such as political justice, legal justice, fair distributing and equal opportunities. However, the social justice problem in market economy system whose essential aspect is that all sectors of the economy in economy sphere are allowed to carry on a fair, impartial and opened competition difflers from the 'equalitarianism' in planned economy system. That is to say, market 1eonomy itseclf cannot bring social justice automaticly. So, in China, keeping social justice, we must carry out the state imtervene policy and the principle of colletivism. At the same time, it is necessary to initiate the instructive social culture.
