摘要
中国封建监察人事制度历史悠久 ,内容系统丰富。坚持德才兼备的用人标准 ,严格考核、重奖重罚的人事管理原则 ,以及严明监察纪律 ,注重廉政建设的举措都是其成功经验 ,并对中国当代的行政监察工作具有一定的借鉴作用。
Chinese feudal supervisory personnel system has a long history and a broad and profound content.The personnel managing principles of upholding the criteria of employing personnel with both political integrity and professional competence,principles of strict checking up and ample rewards and severe punishments and the acts of strict supervisory disciplines and laying stress on construction of a clean and honest administration are successful experiences,which,to some extent,have referential values to the present administrative supervisory work in China.
