云南三种鳞毛蕨属植物的抑菌作用

Bacteriostasis in three plants of Dryopteris from Yunnan province

探讨3种鳞毛蕨属植物的抑菌作用,从中筛选出具抗菌成分的药材新资源。以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌为供试菌,利用圆纸片法对采自楚雄市的狭鳞鳞毛蕨、黑鳞鳞毛蕨及边果鳞毛蕨植物醇提液的抑菌作用进行分析。试验结果表明,3种蕨类植物茎和孢子叶的提取液对供试菌均有抑制作用,但其抑菌效果存在差异,其中边果鳞毛蕨的茎和孢子叶对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最好,边果鳞毛蕨的茎对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制也较明显。

Preliminary study of bacteriostasis in three plants of Dryopteris was to sifting from which the new antibacterial medicinal resources.With Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis as 3 tested fungi,the bacteriostasis of ethanol extracts from Dryopteris stenolepis,Dryopteris lepidopoda,Dryopteris marginata collected from Chu Xiong City were determined by circular filter paper method.The test results showed that the tested extracts from stems and spore leaves of 3 species of ferns and inhibit bacteria,however,differences existed in the antibacterial effect.The spores leaves and stems of Dryopteris marginata on Staphylococcus aureus had the best antibacterial effect.In addition,Dryopteris marginata stem＇s bacteriostasis against Bacillus subtilis was more obvious.
