微生物降解酶制剂对采后甘蓝毒死蜱残留的去除作用 被引量:2

摘要 供试微生物降解酶制剂对采后甘蓝毒死蜱残留具有明显的去除效果,酶制剂处理时间以30 min为宜。毒死蜱起始处理浓度为400~960 mg/L时,酶制剂稀释100倍处理后,甘蓝中毒死蜱残留去除率可达75%以上。供试降解酶制剂具有适用残留浓度范围较宽、消解作用快、使用方法简便、实用性强的特点,具有进一步研究开发价值。 The microbial enzyme preparation possessed obvious removal efficiency to chlorpyrifos residue in the postharvest cabbage,Brassica oleracea.The appropriate processing time was 30 min for the degradation of chlorpyrifos by the enzyme preparation.The chlorpyrifos residue in the cabbage could be removed more than 75% under the conditions of the treatment concentration for 400~960 mg/L and the enzyme preparation dilution of 100 times.The enzyme preparation could fast degrade wide pesticide residual concentration with convenient usage,it has so strong practical applicability with further deserving development.
