摘要
从玉米秸秆上分离筛选出的S-3菌株能够分泌纤维素酶,具有降解农作物秸秆的能力。该菌经鉴定为芽孢杆菌属,其产纤维素酶活为172.786 U/g,最佳降解条件为发酵时间11 d、发酵温度32℃、料水比1∶2.5、S-3菌株用量10 mL。在上述条件下,纤维素占发酵干基的比率从最初的35.48%降到23.26%;木质素从最初的15.37%降到14.51%。
In this study,we isolated strains from the corn straw which could secrete cellulose and degraded straw.This bacteria was identified as Bacillus,and its cellulase activity was 172.786 U/g.The best degradation conditions were as follows: fermentation time of 11 days,culture temperature 32℃,culture medium material ratio 1∶2.5,inoculation of strains 10 mL.Under these conditions,the proportion of cellulose dropped from 35.48% to 23.26%,and the lignin dropped from 15.37% to 14.51%.
