核磁共振法测定广宁红花油茶含油率研究 被引量:11

摘要 探讨了种仁含水量、颗粒大小和样品量对核磁共振法测定广宁红花油茶种仁含油率结果的影响,并与索氏抽提法的测定结果进行比较,同时讨论了核磁共振法的精密度和稳定性。结果表明,种仁含水量、颗粒大小和样品量对种仁含油率测定有一定影响,测定时样品需烘至恒重,如无特殊要求,样品不需要粉碎,样品量范围为8~11 g;同一样品核磁共振法得到的含油率高于索氏抽提法,但两种方法间的绝对偏差小于2%;核磁共振法的测定精密度和稳定性好,可用于广宁红花油茶种仁含油率的快速测定。 The paper studied the effect of kernel water content,particle size and sample weight on determination results of Camellia semiserrata Chi.kernel oil content by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) method,and the results were compared with Soxhlet extraction method.The precision and stability of NMR method were also discussed.The results showed that kernel water content,particle size and sample weight affected the determination of kernel oil content,the sample required to be dried to constant weight but did not need crush if there was no special requirements.The range of sample weight was 8~11 g.The oil content determined by NMR method was higher than that of Soxhlet extraction method for the same sample,but the absolute deviation between them was less than 2%,the precision and stability of NMR method were good,it could be used for rapid determination of C.semiserrata Chi.kernel oil content.
