摘要
对患瓶囊碘泡虫病的异育银鲫的组织病理学和血液学进行了初步研究。组织病理研究结果表明,孢囊寄生于异育银鲫咽腔部的结缔组织中,疾病初期孢囊较小且以营养体为主,孢囊壁附近分布较多营养体,孢囊内只有少量的成熟孢子,表明孢囊成熟孢子的形成是从孢囊中间逐渐向周围发展,此阶段引起异育银鲫咽腔部上皮组织扩张、坏死;疾病发展期孢囊逐渐扩大,孢子发育成熟,孢囊壁周围已无营养体,单层柱状上皮扩张明显;有些上皮组织发生肿胀、变性、坏死、脱落、粘液细胞增多等;疾病消退期孢囊内已无孢子,孢囊内物质形成空状,咽腔组织病理表现为单层柱状上皮脱落、消失。血液病理研究表明,病鱼的红细胞长径和短径均比健康鱼红细胞的要小,但无显著性差异。与健康鱼相比,病鱼的血细胞数目变化明显,表现为红细胞数显著降低,而白细胞数极显著升高,即病鱼的粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞及血栓细胞均极显著升高。
The hematological pathology and histopathology of Carassius auratus gibelio which were parasite by Myxobolus ampullicapsulatus were studied.Pathological studies showed that cyst parasitic in connective tissue of pharyngeal of Carassius auratus gibelio,cyst was small and mainly trophozoites in the beginning of the illness,the distribution of more vegetative near the cyst wall,cysts only a small number of mature spores,indicating that the formation of mature spores of cysts from the cysts middle gradually to the surrounding development,at this stage,epithelial tissue of pharynx expansion,necrosis;cysts gradually expanded in development of the disease,the spores development and maturation,around the cyst wall was no longer the trophozoites,and the simple columnar epithelium expansion significantly;some epithelial tissue swelling,degeneration,necrosis,loss,mucus cells increased;cysts was no longer spores in the remission period and within the cysts the substances formed empty-shaped and caused simple columnar epithelial cell shedding.Hematological pathology studies showed that the disease fish's red blood cell diameter and short diameter were small than the health of fish's,but there was no significant differences.Compared with healthy fish,the disease fish's red blood cell counted significantly reduced(P〈0.05),while the white blood cell counted significantly increased,which meant granulocytes,monocytes,lymphocytes and thrombocytes were significantly higher(P〈0.01).
