系统分析了广东省利用园地山坡地补充耕地的限制性因素包括水限制因素、土壤肥力限制因素、田林路限制因素及相应的工程措施。重点阐述了土壤改良工程存在的问题,并提出今后土壤改良工作的建议,为进一步规范化、科学化利用园地山坡地补充耕地提供理论依据,实现占用和补充耕地"质"与"量"上真正意义的平衡。

Restrictive factors of the farmland supplement with gardens and hillside were analyzed and relevant engineering measures were proposed.The article focused on the problems of soil improvement and made some alternative solution which provided a theoretical basis and support for the farmland supplement with gardens and hillside,ultimately to achieve the balance between the ＂Quality＂ and ＂Quantity＂ in occupying and supplementary farmland.
