摘要
按照现代化建设的有关要求,借鉴农民科技素质的相关研究成果,结合长三角经济区发展的宏观背景,提出了农民科技素质的形成机制;以南通市为例,阐述了提高农民科技素质的作用,简要分析了影响农民科技素质提高的基本因素,并遵循可持续发展的基本原理,从不同角度提出了提高农民科技素质的建议。
Formation mechanism of farmers＇ sci-tech quality was put forward in this article by some interrelating research findings,under the condition of modernization construction and economic development in Yangtze River Delta.Exemplified by Nantong city,the roles and influencing factor of farmers＇ sci-tech quality were analysed.moreover,some suggestions of inproving the farmers＇ sci-tech quality were put forward based on the basic principle of sustainable development.
