3种秦艽药材提取物的抑菌作用比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同秦艽药材提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法采用纸片扩散法测定抑菌圈直径,试管稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 3种秦艽药材水煎液对大肠杆菌均有一定抑制作用,并且水提物强于各自的醇提物,其中大叶秦艽最强,最低抑菌浓度为0.25g/mL;3种秦艽药材醇提物和水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,而醇提物强于各自的水提物,同样以大叶秦艽最强,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.125 g/mL和0.5 g/mL;3种秦艽药材醇提物对枯草芽孢杆菌有明显抑制作用,而水提物作用较弱,其中麻花秦艽最强,最低抑菌浓度为0.0625 g/mL。结论 3种秦艽药材均有一定的抗菌作用,为合理使用该类药材提供实验依据。 Aim To analyze the antimicrobial activity in vitro of extracts from three rhizome of Gentiana. Methods The disc diffusion method was adopted to measure the antibacterial circle diameter, and the tube dilution method to determinate the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Results Three kinds of Gentiana decoction have a certain antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, and the water extract was stronger than the ethanol extract respec- tively. The decoction of Gentiana macrophylla was the strongest and the MIC was 0. 25g/mL. The decoction and ethanol extract of three kinds of Gentiana have an inhibition effects on Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract is stronger than the decoction. The MIC of G. macrophyUa were 0. 125 g/mL and 0. 5 g/ mL respectively. The ethanol extract all were inhibited on Bacillus subtilis, while the aqueous extract were weak. The ethanol extract of G. straminea was the strongest and the MIC was0. 0625g/mL. Conclusion Three kinds of Gentiana medicines have a certain antibacterial effect, providing the experimental basis for the rational use of the drugs.
