摘要
目的为了探索旅游者地理空间认知的规律,使旅游信息的表达更符合旅游者空间认知特点。方法利用旅游者的旅游环境意象图,结合地理空间认知理论,分析旅游者空间认知过程。结果旅游者地理空间认识模型由旅游现实世界模型、旅游地理空间概念模型、旅游地理空间尺度模型和旅游地理空间项目模型组成,各模型具有不同的组成和转换主导因素,在此基础上旅游者形成的相对稳定的三大知识,即旅游地标、路线和旅游空间结构性知识。结论旅游环境意象是研究旅游者地理空间认知的重要工具,认知模型和认知知识的获取,有助于在信息和计算机世界中探索适合于旅游者认知的信息表达方式。
Aim To explore the patterns of tourists' spatial cognition and match tourist information with the features of their spatial cognition. Methods Based on the tourism environment mind map and spatial cognition theory, the characteristics of tourists' spatial cognition are analyzed. Results Four tourists' spatial models have been built, which are tourist real model, conceptual model, dimensional model, and project model of tourist geospatial world, the leading factors of components and transition of the models have been worked out. It points out three elements in tourists' cognition, imagery which are landmarks, travel routes and tourism spatial structure knowledge. Conclusion Tourist environmental mental is an important instrument to research tourists' spatial cognition. The cognition models and knowledge will contribute to information expression suitable for tourists cognition in the world of infor- mation and computer.
