摘要
叠合梁由混凝土预制板和钢结构两种不同材料上下叠合而成,其施工控制方法有别于传统的混凝土梁。而合龙段施工的线形控制又是整座桥梁主体线形控制的重要环节。本文以哈尔滨松浦大桥为工程背景,对合龙段线形控制中需要考虑的温度、合龙段两侧高差、合龙段尺寸等影响因素进行分析,探讨独塔钢-砼叠合梁斜拉桥合龙段线形的控制方法。成桥结果分析表明,桥面测点的标高与计算值均在允许误差±20 mm以内,线形控制满足设计规范要求。线形的控制方法为类似桥梁的合龙段线形控制提供参考。
Composite beam is composed of two different materials:concrete precast slab and steel structure.Its construction control method differs from those of traditional concrete beam.The closure segment linear control is an important step in the linear control of the main bridge body.Based on Harbin SongPu Bridge,analysis is made on the factors such as temperature,closure segment elevation value on both sides and closure segment size etc.The method of closure segment linear control of single tower cable-stayed bridge with steel-concrete composite beam is also studied.The result shows that the difference of deck measuring point elevation values and calculated values is within the allowable error of less than ± 20mm and the linear control meets the design requirements.It also shows that the linear control method offers reference to closure segment linear control of similar bridges.
