摘要
阐述和分析木塑复合缓冲包装材料的主要配方组分(木粉、PVC树脂、偶联剂、增塑剂等)在不同的自然因素的影响下,对其结构、力学性能等的影响,进而为在实验时采用不同组分制作实验材料提供简单参考。其次,简单讲述了人工气候老化试验机的相关类型,以及每一种装置的各自使用事项及优缺点,为在实验时选用何种老化设备提供有力的参考。最后,又列举了人工模拟设备在实验中应注意的相关问题,以避免实验中出现的人为误差而造成实验结果与实际的偏离。
The paper describes and analyzes the impacts of the main formula components(wood powder,PVC resin,coupling agent,plasticizer,etc.) of wood and plastic composite cushion packaging material on its structure and mechanical properties under different conditions.The types and characteristics of the aging test equipment for wood and plastic composites were elaborated which will provide reference for the selection of aging test equlpment.Some related problems while simulating the equipment were put forward to avoid human errors in the experiment.
