基于图像智能的机器视觉检测技术是带钢表面缺陷检测的主流技术。本文对钢板表面缺陷的特性进行了深入分析，并基于特性分析结果对高速镀锌钢板表面缺陷检测算法进行了研究。

The machine vision defecting technology based on image intelligent is the mainstream of the strip steel surface defects detecting. This paper analyse in-depth the characteristic of the steel surface defects,and study the arithmetic of the high-speed zinc steel surface defects detecting according to the characteristic analysis result.
