摘要
主要阐述对数控机床加工程序编制方法上的变革,技术员手工编制数控机床的加工程序在遇到试制产品多,批量小,试制产品工期短的情况时加工程序需要来回变更,增加程序和调试生产的错误率。模块化编程的含义相当于把1个零件看成主系统,而这个零件中相同或类似的加工要素看成子系统。这些子系统可以任意组成1个新的主系统从而使产品的生产周期缩短,产品质量得以保证。
