摘要
从适合大量生产制作工艺出发,阐述了100cm^2以上大面积染料敏化太阳能电池的一种制作方法,通过自动丝网印刷机的使用保证制作工艺的一致性。染料敏化太阳能电池是继硅太阳能电池、薄膜太阳能电池之后迅速发展起来的第三代太阳能电池,具有投资少、成本低、制作工艺相对简单、寿命长及环保无污染等优点。
