目前在企业管理理论研究和实践中出现的几种能力概念经常互相混淆,针对这个问题,本文对企业竞争力、企业创新能力、技术创新能力、技术能力、核心能力和核心技术能力等六种能力的涵义和特征进行了论述,并提出了一个整合模型来表述它们之间的相互关系和能力结构。

This paper frames the definitions of corporation competitiveness, innovation capability, technology innovation capability, technology capability, core competence, and core technology capability. It then proposes a new integrated model to illuminate the relationship and capability structure between them.
