摘要
工程师的智力结构以实践智力为主,而科学家的智力结构以分析智力为主,因此工程师与科学家有不同的成才规律。实践智力必须在具体的工程实践中养成,工程师创新能力开发的关键是工程实践机会以及工程师的使用、培养和激励机制。
There is a great difference between the intelligence structure of engineers, which is dominated by practice skills, and the intelligence structure of scientists, which is dominated by analysis capability. Practice intelligence must be fostered in engineering practice. This paper points out that the key to the development of engineers' innovative power lies in the chance of engineering practice and the mechanism of using, fostering and stimulating them.
