摘要 本文从教育的视角讨论了素质概念,提出了素质是人在社会化过程中内化形成的相对稳定的各种品质的总和。从教育思想的角度讨论了素质教育,提出素质教育是一种教育思想,认为这一思想的基本内涵是把培养人的素质作为教育的出发点和最终归宿,并以此作为各类、各级学校教育所追求的核心目标。在人才培养方面,该文指出:会生存、会学习、会创造是学校在培养学生诸多品质中最一般、最基本、最重要的三个品质。 The article approaches the conception of quality from the angle of education, and points out that quality is the total sum of all kinds of relatively stable characters of a person formed internally in the process of his becoming a social being. It declares that quality - oriented education or education for all - round development is an education conception and should be regarded as the ultimate objective as well as the start by all schools at different levels. Finally it states that the abilities to subsist, to learn and to create are the most fundamental and important qualities for students.
