摘要
企业营销的成功与否取决于企业营销理念是否正确和明确。企业营销理念的更新需要通过沟通使得企业员工达成一致认识,理解企业作出的选择,并积极付诸行动,使企业保持竞争优势。这既是企业行为的客观反映,也是企业可持续发展之必需。本文通过对知识营销理论的理解,在分析了知识经济时代营销特点的基础上,结合实际,对科技馆运用知识营销理念的方法、手段和关键点阐述了作者的观点。
Whether the knowledge marketing is successful or not depends on the correct and clear marketing concept of an enterprise. Employees reach a common sense through communication, understand the choice enterprise made and actively put it into practice so that to keep competitive advantage of the enterprise, only by these can marketing concept be renewed. It is not only the objective reflection of corporate behavior, but also necessary for corporate sustainable development. This article analyses the feature of marketing in era of knowledge-driven economy, and elaborates author's opinion towards the method, way and key point when Shanghai Science and Technology Museum practices knowledge marketing concept.
