摘要
焦虑是英语听力理解中较为普遍的现象,直接影响听力理解的效果。探讨焦虑对大学英语听力的影响,从主观因素和客观因素两方面分析听力焦虑的成因,并提出相应对策,以提高大学生英语听力理解水平。
Anxiety is a common phenomenon in the process of listening comprehension.It directly affects the result of listening.This article explores the effects of anxiety on English listening,analyses the contributing factors caused anxiety from the subject and object,puts forward the countermeasures of lessening and overcoming their anxiety to improve the college students＇ English listening level.
