浅谈电子商务环境下的客户关系管理

摘要 在全球化、信息化的今天,电子商务的概念深入人心,电子商务正改变着社会经济生活,进而改变着世界。电子商务系统提供了一种商家与客户进行交流的新方式,重新定义了传统客户关系管理的思维。
