:开展思想法律工作是依法治国、建设法治国家的需要。在治国方略的历史性转变过程中 ,要广泛形成依法治国的思想基础 ,必须抓好思想法律工作。重点要教育广大党员守法和严格执法 ,为广大人民群众树立榜样。要突出对公职人员依法行政的思想法律教育 ,提高公职人员“为政在法”的法律意识。要着重加强对青少年的思想法律教育 ,保证依法治国主体的连续性。

To unfold ideological legal work is necessary for the management of state affairs with law and for the construction of a law country.In the historical transitional process of generel and specific policies for state management,we must widely form the ideology of state management according to law and set a good example for the broad masses of the people,especially emphasize the ideological legal education of the government staff to administer according to law and improve their legal consciousness.Emphasis must also be put on the adolessents'ideological legal education,in order to ensure the continuity and inheritance of state management according to law.
