鸦片战争后 ,“客邮”在中国不断发展 ,它一方面侵犯了中国的邮权 。
After the Opium War,“Guest Post” was constantly developing in China.On the one hand it vilated,Post Sevice of China;on the other hand,it was positive for modernizing traditional post of China to a certain extent.
