我是地道的北方人,童年是在大连著名的老虎滩边上度过的,那时天天泡在大海里,无忧无虑,恋海的情结也许就是那时候养成的吧。上世纪70年代初到了北京,对大海那种割舍不下的情结还时时萦绕在心,虽然北京也有密云、怀柔和官厅等水库,但和大海相比,相去甚远,要想看海,最近的也要跑到160多公里外的天津,或200多公里以外的北戴河。
The most famous dish in Taihu Lake area is called 'Three Whites of Taihu', that is white fish, white shimp and silver fish. After tasting all these delicacies, I began to feel curious about these lake products and wonder how fishermen harvest them. In order to get a glimpse of fishermen’s life, I made many friends with aquatic business. There is a Xiaoxiqiao Pier in Huazhuang township of Wuxi, where there are hundreds of fishing boats. Among them, several boatmen are my good friends. Since 2009, nearly every September fishing season, I will go with them to Taihu Lake to see how fishermen works.
