激活“晚自习”,提高中职生的综合素质——以湛江机电学校为例对当前中职生晚自习学习情况及改革意愿的调查分析

摘要 目的:探索如何利用晚自习时间,培养中职生的学习兴趣,提高中职生的综合素质。方法:问卷调查法、座谈法、个案调查法。.结果:中职生学习兴趣缺乏,学习主动性、规划性、自律性较差,近一半的学生对自己目前的学习状态不满意.觉得晚自习无事可做,甚至有厌学情绪。70%的学生希望改革晚自习的学习模式,利用晚自习时间开设第二课堂来提高自己的综合素质。建议:根据中职生的特点、培养目标、学校的软硬件等实际情况。对当前的晚自习模式进行改革,德育为先,兴趣为主,开展形式多样、内容丰富的第二课堂,在方案实施上,以点带面,先试点,后推广。让学生在兴趣中激发学习积极性.在轻松愉快中拓宽知识面。 Purpose: Exploring the use of self-study time at night, how to train the vocational students in the cultivation of interest in learning, enhance the comprehensive quality. Method: Survey method; Discussion method; Case study method. Results: Lack of interest in learning, poor learning initiative, planning, discipline, nearly half of the students are dissatisfied with their current state of learning, they have nothing to do, or even feel tired of study.70% students want to reform of the model of self-study at night , use the time to open a second lassroom to improve their comprehensive quality. Recommended: Based on the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, training objectives, school of software and hardware to the actual situation, the reform of the current old model, moral education, interest, various forms, content-rich second class, in pro- gramme implementation, point, pilot, after promotion. Let the students have interest in learning , broaden their knowledge in the relaxed and happy ways
