摘要
班组是企业的最基本细胞,只有班组强,企业才能强。要提高企业的竞争力,就必须加强基层班组建设。河北省电力公司坚持以思想认识的提高推动班组建设的不断深入,在内容上向企业文化、安全生产、队伍素质提升等方面全面拓展;在载体上向职工技术创新活动、培植思想道德不断延伸;在运行上向形成组织领导、运行管理、监督检查、激励约束等长效机制努力推进。突破了传统意义上的班组建设模式,探索了全面加强企业班组建设的新路子。
Team is the most basic cell of an enterprise. It is necessary to strengthen grassroots team building in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Hebei Electric Power Company promotes the deepening of the team-building through the improvement of the thinking and understanding. The company takes various initiatives such as safe production, enhancement of the quality of workers, to develop employee tech- nological innovation activities and to culture the ideological and moral. And it is of vital importance to form a long-term mechanism consists of organizational leadership, operational management, supervision and inspec- tion and incentive and restraint.
