摘要
近年来,财产保险公司销售渠道发生了重大改变,中介渠道和新兴渠道获得快速发展,成为业务来源的主要渠道,而传统直销渠道却日渐式微。与此同时,随着业务的变化,传统直销渠道发展也存在诸多问题。对此,本文提出传统直销渠道的基本建设思路:转变观念,深刻认识加强传统直销渠道建设的意义;在深入研究的基础上,自上而下制定直销渠道发展规划;明确直销渠道业务发展领域,与其他渠道形成互补;在各级机构建立直销渠道专业团队;解决直销渠道业务的市场费用问题。
In recent years,the marketing channels of property insurance companies have had a great change;As main business channels,intermediary channels and emerging channels are getting rapid development,while the traditional direct channel are gradually fading out.At the same time,with the change of the business,the traditional direct channel has many problems in its development.Therefore,this paper puts forward the basic construction outlines of traditional direct channel:change the idea and understand profoundly the significance of strengthening the construction of the traditional direct channel;based on its thorough study,make direct channel development planning from top to bottom;clarify the development field of the direct channel business,and suppliment other channels;establish a professional team of direct channel at all levels of agencies;solve the market costs of direct channel.
