试论公司股权收购中收购方的工作自主性发挥

本文重点指出公司股权收购中收购方过于依赖外聘专业人士的误区,提示收购方必须重视其内部团队的不可替代的作用,发挥其工作自主性,并就收购方内部团队如何自主开展工作,如何与外聘专业人士紧密协作提出了具体的、建设性的建议。

This paper highlights the misunderstanding that the acquirers depended too much on external professionals in the company＇s shares acquisition and suggests that the acquirers must pay attention to the irreplaceable role of its internal team,and have to bring their work autonomy into play.It also puts forward specific and constructive suggestions on how to carry out the work for the acquirers＇ internal team and how to work closely with external professionals.
