摘要
高压旋喷所形成桩体间的搭接部位是成桩中的薄弱环节,提高搭接桩体的成桩质量是保证工程施工质量的重要因素之一。因此分别采取理论和试验相结合的方法来分析桩体搭接处成桩特点及规律。通过数值模拟的方法将在砂质地层中进行的高压旋喷对喷试验进行了模拟分析,得出流向流场分布特点。并通过对土质及砂质地层中桩体间搭接处的开挖心样进行试验分析,得出部分施工参数、喷射地层对桩体搭接处成桩特点的影响规律。最终得出地层中各相的对喷流场规律和桩体搭接处成桩特点规律以及两者间一定的对应关系,这将对进一步在工程施工中保证工程质量起到指导意义。
The high pressure jet grouting overlap pile body is a pile of weak link,to improve the quality of the high pressure jet grouting overlap pile body is one of an important aspects to ensure a good project construction.So the combination of the theory and experiment methods was taken to analyze the characteristics and laws of the formation of the overlap pile body.Through the method of numerical simulation,an analysis was carried out on the high pressure jet grouting with face to face spraying in the sandy stratum,the flow field distribution features of the flow is concluded from it.By the test on cores of the overlap pile from the soil stratum and the sandy stratum,the conclusions are also obtained that part of the construction parameters and the high pressure jet grouting formation can impact the regulation of the pile characteristics.Eventually,the rules of spray flow field at each phase in the strata,the overlap pile body features and the corresponding relationship between them are get,all of them have important significance to conducting the project in the future.
