摘要
对于穿越煤系地层的隧道工程,都潜在着建设与运营过程中的瓦斯积聚、燃烧、爆炸等风险,特别是施工阶段的瓦斯风险更引起各方的关注。目前隧道瓦斯风险的评估,多采用基于经验的定性方法,限制了评估结果的指导作用。蒙德法是化学工业中评价同类问题常用的一种危险指数方法,本文将蒙德法的核心思想与穿煤层隧道瓦斯特点相结合,实现了瓦斯风险的定量化评估。首先对各风险源进行量化;然后给出了总危险度R值的计算方法,并将其与现行的规范相对应;最后将此方法应用于贵州某穿煤层隧道风险评估工作之中,取得了良好的效果。
People pay great attention to the mashgas hazard,including mashgas accumulation,combustion and explosion during the construction and operation process of a coal-seam tunnel,especially in the prior period.But the utility of estimating result is confined by dominant qualitative analysis,which is based on subjective experience.Since the MOND method is a risk index approach which is widely applied in analogous field of chemical industry,combining the pith of MOND method and characteristics of coal-seam tunnel,a technology is reformed to quantify gas risk.Firstly,we quantify and mark the risk resources.Then,arithmetic and grading criterion of total risk index R is given and compared with the current code.Lastly,the method was utilized for risk assessment of a tunnel in Guizhou Province and worked well.
