摘要
保险投诉所是日本外国损害保险协会设立的具有法人资格的组织,其依据《保险业法》和保险投诉所制定的业务规则解决保险投诉和纠纷,通过斡旋、调解等方法,公正、高效地解决保险争议,维护保险消费者与保险经营者之间的信赖关系,促进保险业健康发展,日本保险投诉所的纠纷解决制度对我国具有很好的启示意义。
The insurance ombudsman is an organization with legal personality established by the Association of Foreign Damage Insurance of Japan,which was based on "Insurance Law"and dispute resolution procedures of the insurance complaint bodies to solve the insurance complaints and disputes,and by the way of mediation,persuade to ensure the solution to the insurance disputes is fair,efficient,low-cost,and maintain a relationship of trust between the insurance customers and the insurance operators,promote the healthy development of the life insurance industry.Japan's insurance dispute resolution system has some enlightenment on our comory' s prhltice.
