The Synthesis and Structure Identification of Borneol 3,5-Dinitro Benzoate

冰片在中药中被广泛应用。利用前药原理,对冰片母体进行修饰,以冰片和3,5-二硝基苯甲酸为原料,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了3,5-二硝基苯甲酸冰片酯,目标化合物的结构经FT-IR、13C NMR、1H NMR和元素分析加以确证。该化合物具有一定的研究开发价值。

Borneol was widiely applied in Chinese medicine, the parent structure of borneol was modified by prodrug principle. Borneol 3,5-dinitro benzoate was synthesized with borneol and 3,5-dinitro benzoic acid the catalyst was p-toluene sulphonic acid. The structure of borneol 3,5-dinitro benzoater was comfirmed by FT-IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and elementary analysis. The target compound was worth developing.
