某院308份门诊不合理处方分析

Analysis of Prescriptions in the First Sixth Mouths of Out-patient Medicine Pharmacy in 2011

目的分析门诊处方不合理用药情况,促进医院合理用药。方法抽取该院2012年1～6月门诊处方,以《处方管理办法》、《新编药物学》及《中华人民共和国药典.临床用药须知》为依据,按2010年新颁发的《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》标准,判断不合理处方并将不合理处方进行归类分析。结果 7 893张处方中,不合理处方308张,占总处方的3.9%。结论该院门诊处方用药情况基本合理,建立处方点评制度,有利于提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective To investigate the situation of the irrational drug use in outpatient, analyze the causes and improve the rational drug use. Methods Prescriptions of outpatients were collected from People＇ s Hospital of Zhengzhou in the first Sixth months of 2012. The irrational prescriptions were classi-fied and analyzed in respect of writing and rationality of drug use according to Prescription Management, New Edited Pharmacy, Chinese Clinical Drug Use Principle and Hospital Prescription Evaluation and Management（trial） issued in 2010. Results Among 7893 prescriptions, there were 308 irrational pre-scriptions,accounting for 3.90%. Conclusion Establish evaluating system of prescriptions can improve the level of rational drug use.
