Auto insurance is the main product of a property insurance company. In auto insurance claims, the cases which involve personal injury always need to pay higher compensation. The first phone tracking is the basic link of injury claims. This paper analyzes the importance and existing problems of the first phone tracking and puts forward corresponding suggestions so as to provide reference for improving the first phone tracking and the quality of auto insurance injury claims.
