摘要
文章以某500kV变电站2012年2~5月发生的6次悬式瓷绝缘子破损情况为研究对象,通过分析,排除了破损由雷击、污秽和外破引起的可能性,认为在绝缘子装配过程中工艺控制不严,导致钢脚端部出现气隙,造成绝缘子帽头压力差增大是引起绝缘子破损的主要因素。
This paper by studying the breakage of suspension porcelain insulators occurring from February to May in a 500 kV substation, analyses the 6 times cases of the breakage of suspension porcelain insulators, and excludes the possibility that the breakage is caused by lightning strike, pol-lution flashover and external damage. The main cause of insulator breakage is obtained. The main fac-tor of breakage is that the fault of assembly technology leads to the appearance of air gap in the end of the steel foot, which increases the pressure difference of the insulator cap head.
