摘要
本文结合国家电网公司"一体化缴费接入系统"建设及缴费服务对自助终端设备的性能要求,提出了对现有自助终端功能升级改造的方案,通过增加"电力卡圈存"功能,实现少投入、多功能、高效率缴费服务。
