文章介绍了某厂2号机组振动故障发生经过,分析了振动试验数据,诊断出引起汽轮发电机组振动的原因是联轴器螺栓松动。探讨了联轴器螺栓松动产生振动的机理、特征和诊断方法,可供同类故障的排查作参考。
The elimination process of abnormal vibration occurring on No. 2 units in a thermal power plant was introduced, the features of vibration of shaft system were analyzed, the causes of vibration was found out, and the correct measures were put forward.
